- Philip specializes in placing armed forces veterans into their second careers. Dana, served his country as both enlisted and an officer for fifteen years in the US Navy. As an enlisted aircrewman, he participated in Desert Shield/Desert Storm, prior to attending the United States Naval Academy. Upon graduation of USNA, Philip received dual honors in Political Science and History, along with several leadership accolades. His six years at sea included a tour as Chief Engineer onboard USS HOWARD (commissioned in Galveston, TX), taking the ship from shipyard to deployment ready, followed by being embarked on one of the nation’s largest ships, USS JC STENNIS as an anti-terrorism / force protection officer. He joined Centex Homes in Las Vegas as a homebuilder for the Fortune, Most Admired company headquartered in Dallas, TX. He soon discovered his passion of recruiting and training, becoming the Director of Construction Development in Las Vegas, and subsequently Director of Talent Management in Dallas.
